Minnie Minoso's Visitation, Memorial Service Set For Friday-Saturday

(CBS) Services to remember White Sox legend Minnie Minoso after he passed away over the weekend will be held this Friday and Saturday.

A public visitation has been scheduled for Friday from noon to 8 p.m. at Holy Family Church (just west of St. Ignatius College Prep), 1080 Roosevelt Road in Chicago.

A memorial service has been scheduled for Saturday at noon at Holy Family Church as well. A procession will immediately follow the memorial service, and it will drive past U.S. Cellular Field.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that any donations be made in Minnie's memory to Chicago White Sox Charities by visiting www.whitesox.com/donate.
