Memorial Service Held For Those Who Have Died Of COVID-19

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A memorial was held in Chicago Thursday night to remember those who have died from COVID-19.

A limited gathering of 50 people from all faiths came together to honor their loved ones at the University of Chicago's Rockefeller Chapel.

Gov. JB Pritzker was in attendance, as was Blaise Cardinal Cupich.

Cupich said the virus has intensified the pain and longstanding problems of injustice within Black and Brown communities.
