Man With Alzheimer's Missing From Logan Square

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man suffering from Alzheimer's has been reported missing from Logan Square for the third time in three months.

Hector Perez, 61, was last seen July 11 near the intersection of Fullerton and Ridgeway, according to an alert from Chicago Police. Perez was previously reported missing May 5 and June 26.

Police said Perez should know his name and is generally calm, but can become agitated upon nightfall.

Perez grew up near the intersection of Cortland and Central Park as well as Erie and Racine, police said.

If located, police said Perez should be given medical attention if necessary.
