Man Suffers Eye Injury After Shots Fired From Paintball Gun In The Loop

CHICAGO (CBS)-- One person was injured by after shots were fired from a paintball gun in The Loop.

According to police, two men were standing on the sidewalk in the 700 block of South Michigan Avenue, around 12:30 a.m., when someone in a white sedan fired a paintball gun.

A 29-year-old man was taken to a local hospital in fair condition after he was struck in the eye. Another man was struck in the chest, but was not injured.

No one is in custody and police are investigating.
