Man Stabbed To Death In Logan Square

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was stabbed to death early Monday in the Logan Square neighborhood on the Northwest Side, police said.

Shortly after 3 a.m., the 25-year-old was stabbed in the chest during an argument with another man in the 1900 block of North Rockwell Street, police said.

He was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said. The Cook County medical examiner's office could not immediately confirm the fatality.

The other man has been taken into custody and charges were pending early Monday, police said.
