Man Shot To Death In Elgin
(CBS/STMW) -- An Elgin man was shot to death early Saturday in the northwest suburb.
Officers responding to reports of a disturbance near Prairie Street and Grove Avenue about 2:50 a.m. found 20-year-old Daniel Figueroa dead with an apparent gunshot wound, according to a statement from Elgin police.
The Kane County coroner's office is scheduled to perform an autopsy Monday to determine the exact cause and manner of Figueroa's death, police said.
