Man Shot, Killed On Sidewalk In Albany Park
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man is dead after being shot on a sidewalk in Albany Park Monday evening.
Police said the man heard shots and felt pain at 8:32 p.m. in the 3600 block of West Argyle Street.
He was struck in the armpit area and was rushed to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in critical condition, police said. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
No one was in custody late Monday. Area Five detectives were investigating.
