Man Shot In Head, Back In West Roseland

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man was shot in the head and back in broad daylight Monday in the West Roseland neighborhood.

The 24-year-old man was sitting in a parked car in the 400 block of West 110th Place when a white-colored Dodge pulled up and someone inside fired shots, striking the man, police said.

The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. Police did not specify his condition.

Nobody was in custody Monday afternoon. Area Two detectives were investigating.
