Man Pulled From Chicago River On Near North Side

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man was pulled from the Chicago River late Sunday on the Near North Side.

The Chicago Police Marine Unit responded about 10:50 p.m. to a call of a person in the water in the 400 block of North Michigan, according to police.

The 48-year-old man was pulled from the river and taken in good condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, police said.

Additional details, including how and why the man ended up in the water, were not available early Monday.
