Man Killed In West Side Shooting

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot to death Saturday night on the West Side.

Kennyone Pendelton, 36, suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the chest about 9:25 p.m. in the 4600 block of West Jackson Boulevard, according to police and the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

Pendelton, of the 1100 block of North Lawler Avenue, was pronounced dead at the scene 9:36 p.m., according to the medical examiner's office.

Police said the shooting may have been gang-related.
