Man Killed In Five Vehicle Crash On I-80 In Joliet

(CBS) -- One man was killed and two other people were hospitalized after a crash involving four cars and a motor home on I-80 in Joliet, according to Illinois state police.

Police say a 65-year-old Joliet man was killed in the accident at 11:25 a.m. at mile post 132 on I-80. Two people were transported to Silver Cross Hospital and have since been released.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation on eastbound I-80 was shutdown from 11:30 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. and westbound lanes had lanes reduced.
