Man In Packers Hat Attempts Bank Robbery
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man wearing a Green Bay Packers hat attempted to rob a bank Saturday afternoon in the Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side.
About 2:20 p.m., the man entered a Chase bank at 6650 S. Stony Island Av. and attempted a non-takeover robbery, the FBI said.
The man is 5-foot-11 and has a medium build, the FBI said. He was wearing a dark coat and a Packers hat during the attempted robbery.
