Man Found Shot To Death In South Chicago
(STMW) -- A man was found shot to death Saturday morning in the South Chicago neighborhood.
Officers responding to a complaint of shots fired in the 8100 block of South Chappel about 11:15 a.m. found a man unresponsive in an alley, police News Affairs Officer Thomas Sweeney said, citing preliminary information. His exact age was not immediately known.
The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed the death but could not provide further details Saturday afternoon.
