Man Found Dead Outside Concrete Plant In South Chicago Heights

(CBS) -- Police in a south suburb are trying to identify a man who was found dead this morning in the yard of a concrete plant.

The police chief in South Chicago Heights says it appears the man was a victim of the extreme cold weather.

"He was a middle-aged male black and it appears he was in the yard, possibly looking for some kind of shelter. Where he lay down, it doesn't look like he fell. It looks like he lay down on the ground."
