Man Found Dead In Chicago Police Lockup

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago police were conducting a death investigation after a man died in the lockup at the Grand Crossing District station early Monday.
The man was found dead just after midnight at the station at 7040 S. Cottage Grove Ave., police said.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's office has confirmed the fatality, but the man's name and age have not yet been released.
Area South detectives were conducting a death investigation.
