Man Critically Wounded In Albany Park Shooting

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot and critically wounded during an argument Tuesday night in the Northwest Side Albany Park neighborhood.

The man, 21, was in the 4400 block of North Bernard Street about 6:50 p.m., involved in an argument with another person, police News Affairs Officer Thomas Sweeney said.

The other person took out a gun and shot him multiple times in the upper body, Sweeney said.

The man was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in critical condition, Sweeney said. No one was in custody as of Tuesday evening.
