Man In Critical Condition Following Shooting In Logan Square

CHICAGO (CBS) – A 23-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in the Logan Square neighborhood early Sunday morning.
Police said around 2:15 a.m., the victim was walking on the sidewalk on the 2700 block of North California when an occupant in a silver sedan fired shots. The victim was transported to Illinois Masonic by the Chicago Fire Department in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the head.
No one is in custody. Area Five detectives are investigating.
