Man Charged In Halloween Sexual Assaults, Second Suspect Still At Large

(CBS) -- A Chicago man has been charged in connection with the sexual assault of two women as they were leaving a West Loop night club last Halloween.

Greg Bogacz, 27, has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual assault. His bond was set at $300,000 on Wednesday.

Police said Bogacz was identified as one of the two men who attacked two women as they were walking to their SUV around 4 a.m. on Halloween, in the 800 block of West Wayman Street. The suspects allegedly beat up the two women, then sexually assaulted them inside their SUV.

The suspects then fled the scene in a gold four-door sedan.

The second suspect remained on the loose, and police were hoping someone will recognize him.

Clear images of both suspects were captured by surveillance cameras in the area. The second suspect was described as a Hispanic male who's believed to be 25 to 30 years old, between 5'5" and 5'9", and weighing around 160 pounds.
