Police Arrest Man With An Axe On Blue Line Platform

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago police arrested a man carrying an axe on the CTA Damen Blue Line platform.

Authorities responded to a call regarding an incident in the 1500 block of N. Damen around 2:23 p.m. Monday afternoon. 

According to police, the 22-year-old male had an axe.

Charges are pending.
