Lou Malnati's Pizzeria Chain Sold To Private Investment Firm

CHICAGO (CBS) -- It appears the Lou Malnati's pizza chain is under new ownership. Multiple published reports say the company's been sold to Meritage group, a private investment firm.
No official word has been released, but sources say Lou's is worth $500 million.
The deep-dish pizza chain started in Lincolnwood and runs more than 70 restaurants in the Midwest and Arizona.
