Lightning's Ben Bishop Out For Game 4

By Chris Emma--

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Tampa Bay Lightning will play Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final without their starting goaltender, as Ben Bishop is out for Wednesday's game at the United Center due to an undisclosed injury.

In place of Bishop, 20-year-old rookie Andrei Vasilevskiy will start for Tampa Bay. He took over for Bishop after the latter left during Game 2 of the series. Vasilevskiy became the youngest goaltender to win a Cup Final game since Patrick Roy in 1986.

Bishop led the Lightning to a 3-2 victory over the Blackhawks in Game 3 on Monday. Tampa Bay coach Jon Cooper suggested there would be "the same holding pattern" in net for his team while speaking to the media before the game Wednesday.

"7:20 puck drop," Cooper said. "You'll get to see then."

Following Game 3, the Blackhawks admitted it seemed that Bishop was struggling, and it appeared he was battling injury throughout the game, as he was slow to get up at times.

Tampa Bay holds a 2-1 series lead but will need its rookie to deliver another relief performance in order to get one win closer to the Cup.
