Lansing Child Died Due To Blunt Force, Child Abuse

LANSING (CBS) -- A two-year old died of blunt force trauma and child abuse, the Cook County Medical Examiner ruled on Wednesday.

Lansing EMS and police were called to a home in the 179th block of Wildwood Avenue for a medical emergency and found 2-year-old Jahariah Patterson unresponsive in the home.

Lansing Police are currently conducting a death investigation.
