Kyle Fuller Named NFL's Defensive Rookie Of The Month

(CBS) Bears cornerback Kyle Fuller has been named the NFL's Defensive Rookie of the Month for September, the league announced Thursday.

Fuller has three interceptions this season, tied for the league lead, and his two forced fumbles are tied for second-best. He led all rookies in those categories.

Fuller's biggest game came in Week 2, when he had two crucial second-half interceptions to help Chicago rally for a win at San Francisco.

Fuller is the third Bears player to be named the Rookie of the Month, joining Brian Urlacher in 2000 and Mark Anderson in 2006.
