Kristin Cavallari Says She Goes To Therapy Often With Jay Cutler

(CBS) In an interview with American Baby magazine as the birth of her third child nears, Kristin Cavallari said she and husband Jay Cutler, the quarterback of the Bears, regularly attend therapy sessions to keep their relationship strong.

"I'm not ashamed to say that Jay and I consistently go to therapy, because it's been extremely beneficial for our relationship," said Cavallari, a former reality TV star. "For example, when you're fighting you should never place blame on your partner by saying, 'you do this' or 'you do that.' You should say how those actions make you feel. It goes a long way."

Cavallari was thrilled when she found out the couple was expecting a girl after having two boys.

"She's going to steal Jay's heart, which will in turn melt mine!" Cavallari said. "I'm excited for the boys to grow up with a sister. I think it will help them to better understand and respect women."
