Johnson & Johnson To Split Into 2 Companies For Retail And Pharmacy

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Millions are counting on Johnson and Johnson for its single-shot COVID-19 vaccine.

Friday, Johnson and Johnson announcing they will split into two companies. One division will sell retail products like Band-aids and Listerine will get a new name. The division selling prescription drugs and medical devices will keep the Johnson and Johnson name.
