UPDATE: Jhaheer Lockhart, 21, Has Been Located

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Jhaheer Lockhart, 21, who was reported missing from the 199 block of North Hermitage Avenue, has been located, according to Chicago police.
Police describe Lockhart as African American, 5-feet 4-inches tall and 153 pounds.
Lockhart was last seen wearing a puffy coat, red shirt, dark jeans, Ugg boots and a black and white drawstrin-style Addidas backpack.
