Man Shot In Irving Park

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot early Thursday in the Irving Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 30-year-old was standing on the sidewalk in the 4200 block of North Kimball about 2:55 a.m. when a male walked up and shot him in the left knee, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
