Chicago (CBS) -- A local state representative wants to make sure movie and TV productions don't get any breaks from employing Jussie Smollett in Illinois.

Rep. Michael McAuliffe plans to file legislation this week to prohibit any company employing Smollett from receiving Illinois film tax credits.
