One fine citizen of this midwest metropolis has done all giardiniera lovers an outstanding public service, by creating the website, eatgiardiniera.com.

It is here that one can find dozens and dozens of varieties of the spicy condiment, along with information on where to buy it.

It's the Google of giardiniera.

The site also provides certain rules about what goes into giardiniera and even puts to rest the question of how to pronounce it ("JAR-DIN-AIR-AH").

Soon, the site will feature best of lists and reviews.

However, for now, if you are missing your favorite blend, this is the place to find it.

The site is generating positive reviews on the Reddit Chicago page.
