House Destroyed By Fire In Belvidere

BELVIDERE, Ill. (CBS) -- A house was destroyed by flames Thursday in Belvidere.

The fire broke out early Thursday afternoon at the house at 10112 Wentworth Pl. in the Northern Illinois community.

Firefighters remained on the scene at 5 p.m., by which point not much of the home was left.

Firefighter said no one was hurt.
