VIDEO: Hot Air Balloons Collide Near Illinois Grade School

CHATSWORTH, Ill. (CBS) -- One person was hospitalized following a hot air balloon crash in Chatsworth.

Two balloons went down near Chatsworth grade school.

Chatsworth Fire Chief Galen Schaffer tells CBS affiliate WMBD that the wind affected the direction of the balloons, forcing the collision.

The person does not have serious injuries and was taken to OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.

Chatsworh in located south of Kankakee.
