Gunshots After Standoff In South Loop, One Person Arrested
CHICAGO (CBS) -- SWAT team members and Chicago police were called to the scene of a standoff in the South Loop. Gunshots were fired, but officers made an arrest shortly before 1 p.m.
Video from the scene shows a man being led to a police squad car in handcuffs.

Police said initally that a robbery in the 1400 block of South Wabash turned into a hostage situation. However, it turned out there was just one man who fired his gun inside an apartment.
The standoff began around 10:30 a.m.
