(CBS) — A look at the top 20 NFL Draft prospects that could be on the Bears' radar, based on projected availability, position of need and player skill:

View: Hoge's Bears Big Board

CB Kyle Fuller, Virginia Tech

Age: 22
Height: 6-0
Weight: 190
Hand: 9 3/8
Arm: 32 7/8

College Career: Started 41 of 50 games over his four-year career at Virginia Tech. Proved to be a versatile player and effective blitzer, even racking up 14.5 TFLs and 4.5 sacks as a sophomore. Had six interceptions and four forced fumbles during his time in college.

Strengths: Good height and length. Flips hips and changes direction fluidly. Closes fast to the ball and uses his long arms to break up passes. Doesn't give up the home run. Length, combined with a 38.5 inch vertical will have some GMs drooling. Supportive against the run. Team captain.

Weaknesses: Thin frame. Needs to get stronger. Limited press coverage experience. Tackling technique needs work (nearly knocked himself out against Alabama). Gives up separation sometimes and relies on his closing speed.

Bears Outlook: Fuller could be a good fit for the Bears because of his experience as a zone corner, but one who has the tools to play more man. Fuller is more physical than he gets credit for and with some added strength, could definitely become a No. 1 cornerback who jams at the line against bigger receivers. The NFL runs in his family as his brother, Vincent, played seven years in the league, while Corey is currently with the Lions. If the Bears want Kyle, they'll have to use their first round pick on him.
