CHICAGO (CBS) -- A woman was hit Friday night coming off a party bus, on the way into a Blink 182 concert at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park.

Matteson Police responded to a call of an accident involving a vehicle and pedestrian around 7:45 p.m., near Vollmer Road and Ridgeland Avenue.

An investigation concluded that a rented party bus, with 25-30 occupants on board was travelling to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre when it stopped in heavy traffic on Vollmer Road. At that time, the driver allowed some of the occupants to exit the bus to urinate in the field.

The victim has been identified as 26-year-old Angela Celmer, of Channahon. Her friends started a GoFundMe page for her to held with medical expenses.

The remaining occupants of the party bus were interviewed and shuttled to Matteson PD to wait for a ride. An officer remained with them at all times due to their mental trauma.

At this time, Matteson Police have limited information on the striking vehicle. The driver and the striking vehicle are described to be a male black driver, 20-40 years of age; a maroon Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, older model, "boxy" style vehicle

Vollmer Road, from Harlem Avenue to Ridgeland Avenue, was shut down from the time of the accident to approximately 11 p.m.
