Thieves Break Into Hegewisch Auto Shipping Lot, Steal 3 Car

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Thieves broke into an auto shipping lot in Hegewisch and left with three new cars.

Officers responded near 134th and Torrence late Thursday night.

Police said four men drove the stolen cars away, while a fifth man who drove them through a security fence left the scene.

No arrests have been made, but officers found one of the cars stuck on railroad tracks nearby.
