Man stabbed at Harold Washington Library Center in downtown Chicago
A man was stabbed inside the Harold Washington Library Center in the Loop in downtown Chicago on Friday afternoon.
Police said, around 4:40 p.m., a 26-year-old man was inside the library in the 400 block of South State Street, when a female approached and stabbed him in the hand with a sharp object.
The victim was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in good condition.
No one was in custody Friday night. Area 3 detectives were investigating.
