Halloween Cocktails

(CBS) -- Master mixologist Jonathan Pogash shares a couple of recipes guaranteed to be more treat than trick!

An American Horror Highball

1 oz. Tap 357 Maple Rye whisky
1 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Caramel
1 oz. Blood Orange juice
1 tsp. Blood (hibiscus syrup)
3 dashes Black Cat tincture (bitters)
1 oz. sparkling Witch's Brew (sparkling wine)
METHOD: Add all ingredients (except for sparkling witch's brew) to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain over ice into a highball glass, and top with the Witch's brew.
GARNISH: eyeballs and teeth

Elvira's Love Serum
(shot)
1 oz. Van Gogh Double Espresso vodka
1/2 oz. cranberry juice
2 raspberries
METHOD: Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain into a potion container.
GARNISH: your final wish

Jack-O-Lantern Punch

(serves approx. 25) **served out of a hollowed out pumpkin (if available)
1 bottle Ron Abuelo 7 yr old rum
6 oz. Purely grapefruit syrup
6 oz. Purely vanilla syrup
1/2 gallon apple cider
6 oz. fresh lemon juice
METHOD: Add ingredients directly to punch bowl (or pumpkin if available), add ice, and stir well to dilute and chill.
GARNISH: floating cloved apple slices and lemon wheels

MOCKTAIL:

Chucky's Glass of Milk
In a rocks glass witch ice, add the following in the order below:
2 oz. milk
1 oz. almond syrup
1/2 oz. blood (hibiscus syrup)
