Gary Toddler Found Safe After Being Taken From Foster Home At Gunpoint

UPDATED: 10:36 p.m.

(CBS) -- Police in Gary a 15-month toddler has been found safe after he was taken by force from his foster home on Monday.

Timothy Jackson Jr. was taken by two males armed with sawed-off shotguns who had their faces covered from the home in the 2200 block of Waite Street at approximately 11:20 p.m., Gary Police said.

Gary Police say Jackson Jr. was found safe at approximately 8:30 p.m. A SWAT team entered a residence in the 200 block of Dallas Street, where he was found along with the his biological parents, who are both juveniles.
