Man Walks Into Hospital After Fuller Park Shooting

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man walked into a hospital early Thursday after he was shot in the Fuller Park neighborhood on the South Side.

The 25-year-old man walked into Advocate Trinity Hospital at 2:53 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the shoulder, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police. He told investigators he had been shot at 45th and Shields.

Further details about the man's condition or the circumstances surrounding the shooting were not immediately known.
