Former State Treasurer's Office Employee Suing Dan Rutherford Claims Others Complained Of Sexual Harassment

(CBS) -- There are developments in the sexual harassment lawsuit filed two years ago against former State Treasurer Dan Rutherford.

The former state treasurer's office employee who is suing Dan Rutherford says he was not the only one who was harassed.

That former employee, Edmund Michalowski, names four other men who worked for Rutherford.

Some of the names have been made public before: They filed their own suit, alleging they were fired for supporting Michalowski's allegations of harassment.

This latest filing by Michalowski says Rutherford behaved inappropriately, rubbing the men's shoulders and making comments about their undergarments - telling one man to "shake it."

Rutherford has denied the allegations.

After the lawsuit was first filed, he lost his attempt to get the Republican nomination for governor.
