Fisherman Shoved Into Water Near Grant Park, Helped To Shore By Witnesses
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A fisherman was shoved into the water on Wednesday evening near Grant Park.
Police said at 7:13 p.m., a 57-year-old man was fishing on Lake Michigan near Lake Shore and Jackson drives when a man he did not know came up and pushed him into the lake.
The assailant fled. The victim was helped out of the water by witnesses, police said.
The fisherman was not injured. No one was in custody Wednesday night.
