First June Homicide: 16-Year-Old Shot In West Elsdon

CHICAGO (CBS) -- It's the first day of June, and already Chicago has its first homicide of the month.

A teen was gunned down near 56th Street and Keeler Avenue in the West Elsdon neighborhood, CBS 2's Suzanne LeMignot reports.

Police say a brown Buick pulled up and a male stepped out of the car, firing shots at three people.

Victor Felix, 16, was shot in both of his shoulders, his mouth and a hand.

He died at the scene.
