Fire Reported At Vacant Old Post Office Building

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A small fire was reported Tuesday morning in an elevator shaft at the old Post Office building in the West Loop.

The fire started around 8:25 a.m. and spread to the roof and top floor of the vacant building at 433 W. Van Buren St.

The fire was extinguished by 9:15 a.m., according to the Fire Department.

No injuries were reported.
