Fire on tracks disrupts CTA Brown Line at Paulina
A fire on the tracks disrupted the Chicago Transit Authority Brown Line in the Lakeview, Roscoe Village, and North Center communities during the Monday evening rush.
Some trash caught fire on the tracks near the Paulina stop, at Lincoln Avenue and Paulina and Roscoe streets. Railroad ties also caught fire, according to initial reports.
Brown Line trains were standing with major delays at the scene as of just before 6 p.m.
