Fire destroys mobile home in Beach Park, Illinois
BEACH PARK, Ill. (CBS) -- Investigators late Monday were trying to figure out what sparked that engulfed a mobile home in Beach Park.
The fire was burning around 2 p.m. in a unit in the Beach Park Mobile Homes community, at 38703 Sheridan Rd.
Flames and heavy smoke were seen filling the sky. The mobile home that caught fire was completely engulfed and destroyed.
Firefighters have not said if anyone was home at the time.
The cause of the fire was not immediately learned.
