Fire Damages University Of Chicago Classroom Building

(CBS) – A classroom building at the University of Chicago was damaged Sunday morning by a fire. No injuries were reported.

The blaze broke out at Harold Leonard Stuart Hall around 9:45 a.m., the Chicago Fire Department said.

The fire is believed to have started in a lounge. Damage was described as "moderate."

Most areas of the building – known as the philosophy hall – were considered still usable.
