Belmont Snack Shop In Avondale Goes Up In Flames

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A fire broke out at a restaurant in Avondale Thursday night.

The fire caused damage to the Belmont Snack Shop, located on Belmont near Kimball, and spread to the apartments upstairs.

No injuries were reported, however there were customers in the restaurant at the time of the fire.

Four families living in the apartments upstairs were displaced by the fire.
