FBI Offers $10,000 Reward To Solve 2016 Murder Of Chicago Woman In Belize
(CBS) -- A $10,000 reward is being offered in hopes of solving the murder of a vacationing Chicago journalist in Central America one year ago.
Swaney, 39, was murdered in western Belize on Jan. 14, 2016 while staying at a remote resort.
The executive producer of online operations for ABC 7 died of strangulation and blunt force trauma to the head and neck. Her body was found floating in a river.
