3 people, dog displaced by fire on Chicago's Far South Side

Three people and a dog were displaced after flames engulfed their home early Saturday morning. 

The Chicago Fire Department responded to a fire in the 9600 block of South Baltimore Avenue. 

Video from the scene shows firefighters battling large flames and heavy smoke. 

Three people and a dog got out of the home safely, but were displaced by the fire. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
