Bob Gordon and his wife were there. They lost their son, officer Michael Gordon, in August 2004.

"We've got a picture here with us today and one gentleman yelled out, and it meant a lot to us, 'we're here to honor his service,' so that's why we are here, so he is remembered and all of the other fallen officers are never forgotten," Bob Gordon said.

The ride is a benefit for the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation.
